Project Coordinator – Installation Services

Position Summary
Lowen Color Graphics is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support our Installation Services team. This role is responsible for managing assigned installation and removal projects from start to finish, including project coordination, scheduling, customer communication, installer coordination, project tracking, and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces while working within established company systems, processes, and reporting structures.
This is an onsite position. Remote work is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned installation and removal projects from kickoff through completion.
- Coordinate project details between customers, account managers, production, installers, subcontractors, and management.
- Assist with quoting by gathering project details, reviewing scope, and identifying key project variables.
- Schedule installations and removals based on customer needs, installer availability, geography, and project priority.
- Track project status, open items, risks, and next steps using company-approved systems.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, communication records, and issue logs.
- Identify risks early and escalate concerns through the proper reporting structure.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders regarding schedules, requirements, delays, and project expectations.
- Coordinate with subcontractor installers to confirm scope, timing, materials, site readiness, and completion details.
- Support larger fleet, multi-location, and special projects as assigned.
- Provide concise and timely project updates to management.
- Assist with process improvements and support adoption of internal systems and workflows.
Qualifications
- Project management, scheduling, customer service, logistics, installation coordination, or related experience preferred.
- Experience in graphics, signage, fleet, construction, trades, logistics, or subcontractor coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors.
- Comfortable working within established systems, processes, and reporting structures.
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.
- Able to learn and use company-specific project management and installation systems.
