We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team at a vibrant hospitality establishment. Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Lead and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional phone etiquette
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle guest requests, inquiries, and internal communications
- Ensure smooth night audit procedures are completed accurately to reconcile daily financial transactions
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing overall guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs swiftly and effectively
- Maintain organized records of guest information, reservations, and billing details with attention to detail and confidentiality
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong background in front desk functions
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the globe
- Extensive knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle night audit procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
