Salty Sips OC is a growing mobile dirty soda catering company serving weddings, corporate events, schools, universities, birthdays, and community events throughout Orange County. We're looking for reliable, friendly, and energetic Event Team Members who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a flexible, event-based position—perfect for college students, teachers, hospitality professionals, or anyone looking for supplemental income.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve handcrafted dirty sodas
- Provide exceptional customer service to event guests
- Set up and break down our mobile beverage station
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Restock supplies throughout events
- Handle high-volume service efficiently while maintaining quality
- Represent the Salty Sips brand professionally at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment when needed
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 18 years old
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations throughout Orange County
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and occasional weekdays
Preferred
- Experience in food service, coffee shops, catering, bartending, or hospitality
- Experience working customer-facing events
- California Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain after hire)

Schedule
- Event-based
- Most shifts are between 3–6 hours
- Primarily evenings and weekends
- Occasional weekday corporate and university events
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
