About This Role
Aster National Insurance Group is hiring a motivated, people-oriented Spanish Speaking In-House Telemarketer to join our growing team in Duarte, CA. This is a full-time, on-site role with a clear path to becoming a licensed Commercial Insurance Agent. No prior experience is needed, only a genuine drive to grow in the insurance industry.
Compensation & Schedule
- $17.50 per hour
- Performance-based bonuses / incentives
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Daily start time: 8:00 AM
- 30-minute paid lunch break

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to generate leads and appointments
- Follow provided scripts and talking points to communicate insurance solutions
- Accurately log call activity and results in the CRM system
- Meet daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets
- Collaborate with agents to hand off qualified leads
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all client interactions
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to full-time hours
- Willingness to learn and grow toward a commercial agent role
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM use
- Spanish Speaking
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
- Familiarity with commercial insurance products
