We are a Family owned and operated Dry Cleaning operation with eight locations looking for someone reliable, detail oriented and able to provide excellent customer service. Looking for a customer service representative with additional duties in the plant cleaning and pressing as needed for our main operation center in Jackson.
Duties include but are not limited to customer service, greeting customers, answering phones, receiving orders for dry cleaning, tagging, assembling and filling orders, wash and fold operations, processing payments, maintaining a clean work area and front counter, attention to detail is a must. Keyboard experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Work schedule will fall within the hours of 7am - 6pm, Monday thru Friday and 10am - 2pm on Saturday.
Full-time position with approximately 35-40 hours per week with additional hours available occasionally. No nights, no Sundays and no holidays.
Compensation is hourly. Relevant experience and proven work skills will be a consideration.
