We're looking for a driven, energetic Customer Representative to join our team and help us reconnect with customers and grow our book of business. This is a great entry point into the insurance and financial services industry — no license or prior insurance experience required.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to current and prospective customers to introduce our agency and services
- Warmly reconnect with existing policyholders and build rapport
- Set appointments for our licensed team members to discuss coverage options
- Keep accurate notes and follow-up activity in our CRM
- Represent Tanner Chessman State Farm Agency with professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude on every call
What We're Looking For
- A confident, friendly phone presence — you're not afraid to dial and strike up a conversation
- Strong work ethic and coachability; we'll teach you the rest
- Comfortable with repetition and consistent daily call volume
- Organized, dependable, and a team player
- Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus but not required
