Gem State Staffing-Payette is Hiring for full time Painting Helpers and Laborers in the Payette area. Duties include but are not limited to
- Perform duties as assigned to meet required standards.
- Employees will be required to perform a variety of duties to include but not limited to: scraping, taping, masking, sanding, and any other prep required for the position.
- Must be dependable and able to complete assigned shifts so contractor can complete projects on time.
- Willing to train the right people to become permanent team members
- Able to have reliable transportation to make it to the job site every day
- Adhere to all safety guidelines set forth by the company.
- Hiring immediately for all positions and have consistent work all through the winter
***These positions are entry level with the opportunity for advancement for the right candidate.
Paint Prep Requirements:
- Must be able to bend, squat, twist, crouch, stoop frequently over the course of a day
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Comfortable with ladders and being off the ground in an indoor setting
