SUMMARY:
The Server performs guest service in the dining room by ensuring that all guests are seated at clean and correctly set up tables, receive
prompt attention, have their orders promptly prepared and served, and that tables are
cleaned and ready for the next guests. The Server cheerfully serves guests by assisting them in ordering their food. This is done by having a thorough knowledge of
all menu items and how these are served.
Qualifications

Ability to lift, carry, deliver, and serve from trays weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

Visual acuity to see restaurant menus, take customer orders, review customer bills, and smoothly navigate the dining room, kitchen, and other facility areas
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction.

Carefully monitors the store's operation and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems.

Follows Barrio operational policies and procedures, including safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees and guests during each shift

Maintains a clean and organized workspace

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication.
Caterers are responsible for delivery and setup of taco buffets! Delivery will be within an hour's drive of our catering facility and setup should take less than 30 minutes. All materials will be provided and caterer will assemble food and supplies, load vehicle, transport, setup, and communicate with customer throughout the process. Must be prepared and presentable to represent our business off-site and within both business and event situations.
Base Pay - $40 per delivery + tips
