We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Field Technical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and performing installation, training, and product integration activities. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements, developing and conducting training programs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support to customers and execute hands-on equipment installations directly at customer locations.
- Design, build, and conduct technical training programs tailored for both customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to align on customer needs and guarantee high satisfaction.
- Meticulously document all on-site service activities, including detailed installation, repair, and routine maintenance procedures.
- Translate daily customer interactions, feedback, and technical inputs into clear, actionable "wants and needs" to guide future product and service enhancements.
Additional Responsibilities
- Identify operational bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities, including drafting and implementing new field procedures and protocols.
- Stay current with shifting industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a high level of expertise in the field.
- Safely manage high-frequency travel demands of up to 75% to support regional customer accounts.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
