Omni Dental McMurray is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team in McMurray, Pennsylvania. Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized dental care in a welcoming and supportive environment. - Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Part-Time)
Position Summary
The Registered Dental Hygienist is responsible for providing preventive and therapeutic dental care while supporting the dentist in delivering excellent patient experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to helping patients maintain optimal oral health.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive procedures
- Take and review digital dental radiographs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Document clinical findings and treatment notes accurately
- Assist in identifying periodontal conditions and other oral health concerns
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
- Create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior clinical experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
