Prerequisite – Positive Attitude, Strong Work Ethic, and Team Mentality
A great attitude and a willingness to learn are more important to us than prior experience. We can teach the clinical skills; we cannot teach character, professionalism, or work ethic.
This is a fast-paced, patient-centered position that requires constant interaction with patients and team members throughout the day. Successful candidates enjoy staying busy, multitasking, working efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. You should be comfortable spending most of the workday moving between treatment chairs, assisting patients, preparing clinical areas, and supporting the team wherever needed.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys serving others, thrives in an energetic environment, takes initiative, and works well as part of a close-knit team. If you prefer a slower-paced work environment with significant downtime, this position is likely not a good fit.
