We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple locations, lead high-performing teams, and ensure every restaurant delivers an exceptional guest experience—every shift, every day. This is a true leadership and ownership role.
You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing financial performance, developing and mentoring General Managers, and fostering a strong culture across your market. You’ll champion our brand, build strong community connections, and push your teams to new levels of success. If you're ready to lead with vision, drive real impact across multiple restaurants, and grow with a company that values heart and hustle—this is your moment.
What You’ll Do
Lead with energy and purpose
Oversee 8–12 restaurants, driving operational excellence and team performance.
Set the tone, elevate standards, and inspire excellence every day.
Build powerhouse teams
Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and their teams. Culture starts at the top—and that’s you.
Own the P&L
Optimize labor, food costs, and operations to maximize profitability. Drive
sales, streamline processes, and elevate the guest experience.
Drive revenue growth
Monitor and analyze sales trends. Implement targeted strategies to boost
performance and build long-term success.
Lead from the front lines
Conduct regular (and unannounced) visits. Evaluate service, cleanliness, efficiency, and team engagement in real-time.
Be a field-first operator
Solve challenges on the ground, identify bottlenecks, and push your teams toward operational excellence—hands-on, every day.
Support strategic execution
Guide managers through operational challenges, align teams with objectives, and hold them accountable for results.
Champion guest feedback
Analyze Yelp and Google reviews weekly. Recognize top performers and coach locations that fall below brand standards. Use feedback as a tool for growth and accountability.
Support talent acquisition
Partner with the hiring team to identify, recruit, and onboard top talent. Ensure each location maintains a strong leadership bench and team pipeline.
Foster local marketing efforts
Collaborate with restaurants to implement grassroots marketing, community partnerships, and review-generation campaigns that build local awareness and increase traffic.
Enforce high standards
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, labor laws, and regulatory compliance. Professionalism isn’t a bonus—it’s the baseline.
Review staffing and scheduling
Maintain well-balanced teams with smart, budget-conscious scheduling that keeps service levels high and morale even higher.
