Nivel is building a better way to connect painters with steady, well-organized work. We handle finding the customer, planning the job, and covering materials — so all a painter has to do is show up and paint.
What the job looks like
We're building our painter network in NYC. When we have work in your area, we call you with the job details — location, scope, timeline — before you commit to anything. There's no bidding, no chasing down homeowners for payment, and no fee to receive work.
- Paid when the job is done. No invoicing, no waiting on a general contractor, no collection risk.
- Materials covered. Nothing comes out of your pocket to do the job.
- We bring you the work. No leads to buy, no marketplace fees, no racing other painters for the same customer.
- Extra work is agreed and paid, not argued about after the fact.
- You're never alone on a job. We plan the work in advance and are there to help if something on-site doesn't match the plan.
We're early — honestly, there isn't a high volume of work yet. We're building this in NYC first, with a small group of painters we trust, before scaling up.
What we're looking for
People who take pride in the work they finish. No van, no contractor license, and English isn't required — we just need to see the work.

Show us your work (photos or video of past jobs) and tell us a bit about your experience. If it's a fit, the next step is a shadow day — a day on site with painters already working with us — before we bring you into the rotation.

No hay que competir por el trabajo, no hay que perseguir al cliente para cobrar, y no hay ninguna cuota para recibir trabajo.
- Se paga cuando el trabajo está terminado. Sin facturas, sin esperar a un contratista general, sin riesgo de no cobrar.
- Los materiales están cubiertos. No sale nada de tu bolsillo para hacer el trabajo.
- Nosotros te traemos el trabajo. Sin comprar contactos, sin cuotas de plataforma, sin competir con otros pintores por el mismo cliente.
- El trabajo extra se acuerda y se paga, no se discute después.
- Nunca estás solo en un trabajo. Planeamos el trabajo con anticipación y estamos para ayudar si algo en el lugar no coincide con el plan.
Estamos empezando — siendo honestos, todavía no hay mucho volumen de trabajo. Estamos construyendo esto primero en Nueva York, con un grupo pequeño de pintores en los que confiamos, antes de crecer.
Qué buscamos
Personas que se sientan orgullosas del trabajo que terminan. No se necesita camioneta, no se necesita licencia de contratista, y no se necesita hablar inglés — solo necesitamos ver el trabajo.
