We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our full-time and part-time night shift team. Full-Time Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)
Part-Time Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN)
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00–$34.00/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00/hour
+$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential

Provide exceptional nursing care while ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and safety
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
Excellent clinical judgment and assessment skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
