Position Overview
Bullseye Roofing Systems is seeking a dependable and motivated Field Technician to support our production and project management team. This position involves job site inspections, material deliveries, quality control checks, customer communication, and assisting with day-to-day field operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, comfortable working outdoors, and able to represent our company professionally with homeowners and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct job site inspections before, during, and after projects
- Take photos and document project progress
- Deliver materials, permits, and paperwork to job sites as needed
- Perform quality control checks on completed work
- Communicate with homeowners regarding project updates
- Assist project managers with scheduling and site coordination
- Verify job site cleanliness and safety standards
- Report project concerns, delays, or damages promptly
- Maintain accurate records and job documentation
- Support various field operations as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of roofing or construction preferred but not required
- Experience with smartphones, photos, and mobile apps
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Roofing, construction, or home improvement experience
- Experience performing inspections or quality control
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
