Entry Level Sales & Marketing Associate

Compensation: $750–$1,250 per week (includes base pay, commissions, and performance incentives; actual earnings vary based on hours worked and individual performance)
About the Role
Ridgeline Strategies is hiring Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates to support customer engagement and sales in a retail environment. This position is ideal for individuals interested in developing experience in customer service, sales, and marketing.
No previous experience is required. Paid training is provided to help new team members learn company products, customer service practices, and sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer customer questions about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Help customers identify products and services that meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain knowledge of current products and promotional offers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and team goals.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the work location.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as business needs require.
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly earnings of $750–$1,250, including base pay, commissions, and performance incentives. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and hours worked.
