Retail Management Trainee Valiant Branch Incorporated
Valiant Branch Incorporated is hiring for a full-time Retail Management Trainee position in the Mishawaka area. This is an in-person opportunity designed for individuals interested in developing professional communication, customer service, team support, and leadership skills within a retail environment.
Our team works inside established retail locations supporting customer interaction, retail operations, and day-to-day customer experience initiatives for nationally recognized brands. Paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided for qualified candidates.
Position Overview
The Retail Management Trainee will learn day-to-day retail operations while gaining hands-on experience in customer support, team communication, and operational procedures. This role is designed to help individuals build foundational leadership and professional development skills through structured training.
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer interaction and in-store customer support
- Support daily retail operations and team communication
- Learn company procedures, retail standards, and customer service practices
- Help maintain a professional and organized retail environment
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and mentorship opportunities
- Work with team members to support customer experience initiatives
- Develop communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a retail setting
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Comfortable standing and interacting with customers during scheduled shifts

Compensation
Hourly pay based on experience, position responsibilities, and interview evaluation. Weekly compensation provided. Additional performance-based incentives may be available.
