Michael’s Italian Feast is looking to add a Restaurant Shift Manager to the Michael’s family! We’re looking for a motivated leader who enjoys working alongside their team and takes pride in delivering outstanding food and customer service. At Michael’s Italian Feast, our managers are hands-on leaders who help create a positive work environment while ensuring every guest has a great experience.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys leading by example in a fast-paced, team-driven restaurant. You’ll spend your shift working with your team in the kitchen, assisting guests, and making sure daily operations run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily shift operations
- Supervise, coach, and support team members
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep
- Cook and assemble menu items according to company standards
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and food safety
- Manage inventory and communicate product needs
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a positive, team-focused work environment
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or shift leadership experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
