Flooring Technician – Hardwood Refinishing & LVP Installation Mr. Sandless Wood Floor Refinishing
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience

Mr. Sandless Wood Floor Refinishing is a growing flooring company specializing in hardwood floor refinishing, hardwood floor sanding, staining, restoration, and LVP/LVT flooring installation. We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer service while maintaining a positive team culture.
We are looking for a motivated Flooring Technician to join our team. Flooring experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Refinish hardwood floors using our proprietary sandless refinishing system
- Assist with hardwood floor sanding and refinishing projects
- Perform staining and coating applications
- Assist with LVP/LVT flooring installations
- Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Flooring experience preferred
- Experience in hardwood flooring, LVP/LVT installation, construction, remodeling, painting, or general labor is a plus
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
