What to Expect
The Semi Training Team is seeking an experienced Training Instructor to support semi-production environments. This role focuses on delivering scalable, production-aligned training programs that enhance operational efficiency, standardize processes, and ensure compliance with Semi workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery, process optimization, and knowledge transfer, with a focus on supporting production teams through structured learning and mentorship.
What You'll Do-
Develop and maintain training materials and processes tailored to Semi production workflows

Facilitate "Train the Trainer" programs to empower team leads with consistent knowledge transfer techniques

Deliver training on production procedures, compliance standards, and workflow efficiency to production associates

Support the integration of Semi Manufacturing Training by organizing and leading DOJO-style sessions

Collaborate with production teams to identify training needs and design solutions that improve on-the-job performance

Maintain training resources, including manuals, checklists, and digital tools, to ensure accessibility and relevance
What You'll Bring-
Valid driver’s license required with ability to obtain and maintain a CDL

2+ years of experience in training, education, or operational support roles

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience

Ability to design engaging training content, including visual aids and interactive materials

Strong communication skills, with experience delivering training in classroom or on-the-job settings

Proven experience in training or development within production or operational environments

Strong understanding of process standardization, adult learning principles, and workflow optimization. Familiarity with production analytics or data-driven process improvements is a plus
