Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Team as a Project Planner. Our Project Planners work with our clients to help their print needs become reality, managing jobs from concept to delivery. Project Planners communicate with a diverse set of clients, provide estimates and quotes, inspect and approve jobs in process, and submit job reports for billing. Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for project requirements, questions, and updates.
Production Planning: Create detailed job specifications and schedules, including updating project management software to maintain workflow efficiency and meet delivery timelines.
Estimating & Budgeting: Provide accurate print estimates and ensure projects remain within budget.
Workflow Management: Oversee jobs from order entry to delivery, including scheduling, inventory control, and outside vendors. Identify and resolve issues as this arise in the production process.
Quality Assurance: Inspect, approve, and track jobs through production to ensure quality standards.
Billing & Reporting: Review completed job reports and submit necessary documentation for billing. Maintain accurate records of labor and materials used for future estimating
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong communication skills, written and verbal (required).
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
High attention to detail.
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Customer Service or Sales experience preferred but not required.
Commitment to safety in a manufacturing environment.
