We are a small, private childcare center where we promote learning through discovery, exploration and self-expression in a safe setting with experienced teachers who understand the importance of developing the whole child. We have 3 classrooms which care for ages 6 weeks up to Kindergarten.

Skills & Qualifications:
-Is dependable and on time
-Has attained at least a High School diploma or a higher level of education
-Must have experience working in a Child Care or Preschool setting
-Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
-Has a passion and dedication to working with children
-Nurturing and patient personality
-Able to connect with children and their families
-Able to work both independently and as a team
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask

Duties/Responsibilities:
-This is a Full Time position with hours from either 7:30 - 4:30 or 8:00 - 5:00, with an hour lunch break from 1:00 - 2:00
-Lesson planning
-Helping children with daily care needs including bathroom breaks, lunch and snacks, getting dressed, etc.
-Adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
-Establish positive and effective family relationships and communication
-Provide safe supervision of the children in your classroom
-Maintain a clean and organized classroom and childcare setting.
This position requires the applicant to pass a federal background check with fingerprints before start date.
All teachers must complete their CPR and First Aid Certification within 90 days of employment.
All teachers must complete an ND Safe Sleep, and Mandated Reported Training before starting.
