Trojan Auto Care is a locally owned, independent shop serving Miami County for over 55 years. We’re growing and looking for skilled, motivated Automotive Technicians to join our high-performing, no-drama team.

What We Offer
- Flat rate pay: up to $175k+ potential annually (based on experience, certifications, and productivity)

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
- Use diagnostic tools, technical data, and repair software effectively
- Conduct inspections and recommend services based on vehicle condition and mileage
- Maintain shop cleanliness, safety, and overall team performance
- Assist with quality control and occasional vehicle cleaning as needed
- Stay flexible and contribute where needed
Physical & Technical Requirements
- Ability to lift 45+ lbs without assistance
- Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Proficient in mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and inspections
- Comfortable using diagnostic software and shop management systems
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. No weekends
