Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation zones
- Assist with bussing tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting environment for guests
- Support food service operations by executing water & bread service, assisting Server Staff and guests as needed
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to food safety regulations
- Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies and equipment using safe lifting practices
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth service flow
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of sanitation, food safety standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform manual tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safe lifting practices
- Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and customer interaction
- Knowledge of table setting, serving techniques, and general kitchen operations
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
