A top producing branch in the DFW market seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Loan Production Partner to plug directly into a high-volume operation.

You will be working closely with high-performing loan officers, helping structure deals, manage files, and keep loans moving efficiently in the pipeline. This is not an entry-level role — it’s an opportunity to become a key player in a growing production team.

Responsibilities
- Prequalify borrowers and structure loan scenarios
- Send prequalification letters
- Prepare mortgage plan based on borrower goals
- Communicate clearly with borrowers and team effectively and all parties involved throughout the process
- Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow
- Support a top producing branch with a high level of responsiveness, care, and professionalism
Qualifications
- NMLS license required
- 2+ years of Mortgage industry experience
- Strong understanding of loan structuring and prequalification
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple files
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to delivering an excellent client experience
- Team player with a proactive mindset
Compensation
- 100% commission
- Paid per funded loan
- Directly tied to team production (plug into an active pipeline)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
