Do you love photography or videography? Do you have a passion and drive to help make people's art better? Do you also enjoy talking and teaching to like minded avid photographers?
We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual with camera knowledge to be our new rental department associate. You would be tasked with providing excellent service to our amazing customers by ensuring all of their rental needs are met. We want every customer to leave our store, feeling heard and confident that they received the best service possible
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through the entire rental process (reservations by phone or in person, check out & check in)
- Ensure rental equipment is well maintained and prepared for customers to check out
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to better understand the customers rental needs
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and rental policies)
- Greet and direct customers so they receive exactly the service they need
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products and services
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with newest camera gear including (cameras, lenses, lights and accessories)
- Writing up film and print orders
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Rental Agent, Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail and rental industry processes
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- High school degree
- Photography or videography experience required
Weekly day range:
M-F 10-5
S 10-4
Saturdays are required.
Compensation:
Hourly based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
