Yellow Door ABA is a small, BCBA-owned ABA provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, specializing in early intervention and social communication. As we expand, we’re looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team!
You'll work directly with the owner to help shape the growth of our company while delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy. Our approach is naturalistic, play-based, and child-led, focusing on meaningful, functional skills in a way that feels engaging and fun for each child. This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating closely with families to support progress in both clinic and in-home settings.
