Content Strategist
Creative · Remote · Full-time
About Project αὐξάνω
Project αὐξάνω creates immersive, high-end transformation experiences for ambitious people.
We don't simply create content to generate views.
We create content that builds attention, trust, community, customers, and long-term loyalty.
The Role
We're looking for a highly capable Content Strategist to develop and execute the content and digital strategy behind αὐξάνω.
This role sits at the intersection of content, psychology, digital marketing, strategy, audience development, and distribution.
You'll be responsible for understanding what our audience cares about, what earns their attention, what creates trust, what moves them through the top of the funnel, and ultimately what turns an audience into a community and customers.
This is not simply a content-calendar position.
You should understand why something works, why something doesn't, how algorithms and feeds influence distribution, and how content can compound into an audience that genuinely wants to hear from αὐξάνω.
What You'll Own
- Develop αὐξάνω's overall content strategy.
- Build content systems, pillars, themes, and strategic direction.
- Develop top-of-funnel content designed to attract the right audience.
- Connect content strategy with broader digital marketing objectives.
- Research audiences, competitors, cultural trends, and emerging conversations.
- Identify opportunities across social platforms, digital channels, and emerging media.
- Develop content concepts across short-form, long-form, video, written, educational, social, and other formats.
- Understand how algorithms, feeds, recommendations, search, and platform behavior influence distribution.
- Analyze content performance and identify patterns.
- Conduct content and channel audits to identify weaknesses and opportunities.
- Develop testing strategies and continuously improve content performance.
- Collaborate with Creative, Design, Filmmaking, Experience, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Work with creators and specialists to turn strategic concepts into high-quality content.
- Challenge existing assumptions when the data, audience, or creative opportunity suggests a better direction.
- Build strategies designed to create community, trust, customer relationships, and loyalty, not just temporary attention.
The Difference Between Good and Great
A mediocre Content Strategist gets views and clicks.
A great Content Strategist builds:
Attention → Interest → Trust → Community → Customers → Loyalty
You should understand that a million views can be meaningless if they reach the wrong people.
We're looking for someone who understands the difference between attention and influence.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with approximately 4–7 years of relevant experience in content strategy, digital marketing, audience growth, or closely related fields.
However, experience alone doesn't make someone qualified.
You should demonstrate:
- Strong strategic thinking.
- Strong writing ability.
- Exceptional understanding of audience psychology.
- Deep understanding of digital content.
- Understanding of social algorithms, feeds, recommendation systems, and distribution.
- Ability to identify why content succeeds or fails.
- Ability to conduct meaningful content and channel audits.
- Ability to develop strategies from data and observation.
- Strong creative instincts.
- Ability to think beyond individual posts and understand the larger content ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing specialists.
- Ability to move quickly and continuously test ideas.
- High standards for quality.
- Constant curiosity and willingness to learn.
How You Think
You shouldn't simply ask:
"What should we post?"
You should be asking:
"Why should this exist?"
"Who is this for?"
"Why would they care?"
"Why would they stop scrolling?"
"What happens after they consume it?"
"How does this contribute to the larger audience journey?"
"What could make this significantly more effective?"
You should be comfortable challenging assumptions and changing strategy when the evidence suggests something isn't working.
Audience Psychology
Understanding people is central to this position.
You should have a strong understanding of:
- Attention
- Curiosity
- Emotion
- Identity
- Social proof
- Trust
- Desire
- Belonging
- Status
- Fear and aspiration
- Community
- Decision-making
- Behavioral patterns
The goal isn't to manipulate people.
It's to understand what genuinely resonates with them and why.
Analytics & Auditing
You should be comfortable looking beyond surface-level metrics.
Views and clicks matter—but they're not the entire picture.
You should be able to evaluate:
- Reach
- Retention
- Engagement
- Watch time
- Click-through rates
- Conversion behavior
- Audience quality
- Content themes
- Distribution
- Platform performance
- Audience growth
- Community development
You should be able to conduct a content audit, identify what is working and what isn't, and turn those observations into an actionable strategy.
Creative Range
You should be capable of developing strategy across multiple formats and channels.
This may include:
- Short-form video
- Long-form video
- Social media
- Written content
- Email
- Educational content
- Thought leadership
- Digital campaigns
- Paid advertising
- Organic content
- Community content
- Brand storytelling
You don't need to personally execute every format at an elite level.
You do need to understand how the pieces work together.
Working With Creative Teams
You will collaborate closely with:
- Creative Experts
- Designers
- Filmmakers / Content Creators
- Marketing
- Experience teams
- Leadership
You should be able to communicate a strategy clearly enough that creative specialists understand what we're trying to accomplish and why without unnecessarily controlling how they execute it.
Personal Development
We want someone who is constantly developing their perspective.
You should naturally consume information, study people, observe culture, analyze content, explore new platforms, learn new systems, and question what you already believe.
The digital environment changes constantly.
If you stop learning, your strategy eventually becomes obsolete.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of relevant professional experience in content strategy, digital marketing, audience growth, or a closely related field.

- Strong writing ability.
- Demonstrated understanding of social platforms, algorithms, feeds, and content distribution.

- Experience analyzing content performance and translating insights into strategy.
- Experience conducting content, social, or channel audits.
- Ability to develop strategies across multiple content formats.
- Strong digital marketing understanding.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies based on changing information and performance.
