HUMANITAS is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to add part-time clinical hours to a full-time schedule. This role is built specifically for BCBAs who want to pick up 4-10 hours a week (2–3 afternoons) with the flexibility to do a meaningful portion of that work remotely.
Why This Role
- No minimum caseload. You choose the size of your workload. Most part-time BCBAs on this schedule manage 1–3 active clients.
- You set your days. Tell us which 2–3 afternoons work for you; we build the schedule around that, not the other way around.
- Hybrid flexibility. Case supervision, parent/caregiver training, and treatment planning can be conducted via secure telehealth for eligible cases; in-person visits are scheduled only where needed for direct assessment, BT observation, or payer requirements.
- No non-compete agreements. Your outside employment and future opportunities are yours.
- Administrative support included. Scheduling, billing, and intake coordination are handled centrally so your limited hours go toward clinical work, not paperwork.
- CEU and credential support to help you maintain your BCBA certification and LABA license.
Location & Service Area
Clients served: Boston, Dorchester, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Brighton, Allston, Watertown, Waltham, and Belmont.
- In-person components (when required) are assigned close to home/work to minimize travel time; all other hours can be conducted via telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to promote skill development and behavior reduction.
- Provide ongoing supervision of treatment plan implementation to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), in person and via telehealth.
- Provide parent and/or caregiver training, in person or via telehealth.
- Collaborate with the treatment team and other professionals to ensure effective treatment implementation.
- Analyze BT-collected data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Maintain compliance with telehealth informed consent, privacy, and safety-plan requirements for any remote sessions.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing.
- Massachusetts Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA).
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA-appropriate space for telehealth sessions.
- Willingness to travel within the service area listed above for in-person components, when needed.
Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Continuing education credits
- Flexible schedule
- Mileage reimbursement
