Compensation: $25+ per hour (based on experience), overtime, annual performance-based raises and bonuses, 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist various departments with the production and fabrication of custom signs as needed.
- Prepare materials for fabrication, painting, assembly, and installation.
- Assemble and fabricate signs, sign frames, and related components.
- Assist with sign installations when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75lbs repeatedly.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with light metal fabrication.
- Experience applying vinyl graphics.
- Basic mechanical, electrical, welding, or carpentry experience.
- Able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card to operate commercial vehicles.
- Previous sign industry experience.
