About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of our high-volume manufacturing facility. You will leverage your expertise in PLC troubleshooting and electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure our production equipment functions at peak efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve complex issues within electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control circuits to maintain continuous production flow.

Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to install, calibrate, and upgrade industrial machinery and electronic control systems.

Execute preventative maintenance on motors, transformers, and electrical panels to prevent equipment failure and extend asset life.

Perform precision mechanical repairs and component replacements, including armatures and brushes, to restore machine functionality.

Utilize CMMS software to document maintenance activities, track parts inventory, and manage work orders effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to junior staff to foster a culture of operational excellence.
Qualifications-
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent industrial experience.

2-4 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment.

Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic testing instruments.

Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various positions.

Advanced knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation controls.

Experience with water distribution and high-voltage power systems.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
