Job Summary
We're seeking a Labeling Project Lead to plan, develop, revise, and implement medical device product labeling and literature, including labels, IFUs/DFUs, cartons, and artwork. This role serves as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for labeling activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality systems, and internal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage labeling projects from initiation through release, including schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop, review, and approve labeling content
- Ensure labeling is accurate, compliant, consistent, and delivered on time
- Track dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Oversee artwork generation, desktop publishing, document control, and implementation activities
- Drive continuous improvement in labeling processes and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with 4+ years' work experience in a regulated industry considered
- Medical device experience required
- 2+ years of direct labeling or technical writing experience
- Medical electrical equipment/capital equipment experience
- Adobe Creative Suite experience strongly preferred
- MS Office and MS Project experience strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills
