What We're Looking For:
While sales experience is a plus, it is not required. Similarly, roofing experience is also a plus but not required, as we have a user-friendly training program. We are looking for candidates who possess a positive attitude, are hardworking, coachable, and have excellent communication skills. Organization, time management, integrity, and a goal-oriented mindset are also important. We value individuals who are skilled in relationship building/networking, are people-focused, continuous learners, team players, and have a competitive spirit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and lead generation (door-to-door knocking to find customers)
- Client consultations/roofing inspections
- Building relationships
- Building quotes/proposals
- Contract negotiation/meeting with insurance companies
- Coordinating with operations team
- Record keeping
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Attending team trainings/meetings
Compensation:
Our sales representatives operate as 1099 independent contractors and earn solely through commission. In the previous year, our lower-performing representatives earned an average of $60,000 annually, while those performing at an average level earned around $120,000 per year. Our top performers exceeded $200,000 in earnings. We believe in equipping our team with the necessary tools for success, though individual earnings are contingent on performance.
