Are you an experienced HVAC Service Technician looking to grow with a fast-paced, locally owned company where your hard work is recognized and rewarded? Bob’s Repair is expanding our team and seeking a skilled HVAC Senior Service Technician to deliver exceptional service, support our growing customer base, and help drive sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and precision tune-ups
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
- Complete required paperwork and digital records efficiently
- Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism at all times
- Support sales efforts for HVAC equipment and service agreements
- Occasionally install HVAC equipment as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing both new and older HVAC systems
- Strong customer service skills and ability to establish rapport with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to adapt to change and follow company SOPs
Requirements:
- EPA Certification and Refrigerant Certification (required)
- OSHA 10 certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Must own hand tools and gauges required to perform the duties of the job
- Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)

Compensation:
- HVAC Repair Commission: Earn 25% on repairs including compressors, UV lights, filters, air scrubbers, motors, capacitors, blowers, fuses, and more
- Sales Commission: Earn 7% on all complete HVAC unit sales you generate

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
