Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Use electrical testing equipment, including multimeters
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting up to 480V preferred
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and gearboxes
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Pay $35-$45
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
