In personal injury law, accidents don’t happen on a Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 schedule. When someone is sitting in an ER on a Saturday night after a bad car accident, they are scared, overwhelmed, and looking for someone to help them.

We are a young, thriving, high-energy law firm looking for our next Intake Specialist. You are the very first voice a potential client hears. Your job is simple to explain, but takes a special person to execute: you get them on the phone, you listen to their story, you earn their trust, and you show them why our firm is the absolute best team to fight for them.
What You Will Own
- The Speed-to-Lead Hustle: Calling, texting, and reaching out to incoming potential client inquiries immediately. In this industry, if we don't pick up, someone else will.
- The "Close": Answering their initial questions, soothing their anxieties, and confidently explaining the value our firm brings to their case.
- The Deep Dive: Once a client says "yes," you will guide them through our comprehensive onboarding process. This isn't a 5-minute form; we spend hours getting the full story (either over the phone or in person) to ensure our Case Managers have every single detail.
- Persistent Follow-Up: Some people are in shock, at work, or dealing with doctors and won't answer the first time. You are the polite, relentless follow-up machine who keeps trying until we connect.
- Pipeline Management: Logging every call, text, touchpoint, and status update cleanly into our CRM.
Who You Are
- 100% Fluent in Spanish & English: (Mandatory) You must be able to seamlessly switch between both languages and translate complex, stressful situations into comforting, everyday words.
- Bubbly, Warm, & Unshakeable: You have a voice that naturally puts people at ease. Even on your 40th phone call of the day, you sound genuinely excited to talk to them.
- A Natural "People Person" with Sales DNA: You don’t view sales as pushy; you view it as helping someone make the best decision for their life. (Prior sales, leasing, or high-touch customer service experience is a massive plus).
- Tech-Comfortable: You have used a CRM, lead tracker, or modern sales software before. You know how to live inside a pipeline.
- The Non-Traditional Hustler: You understand that justice doesn't clock out at 5:00 PM. You are comfortable working a schedule that includes evenings and weekends because you love the thrill of signing a great case.
