Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of beverage quality.
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh, innovative, and aligned with current trends.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste through effective stock control.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, processing transactions accurately using POS
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, responsible alcohol service policies, and cleanliness regulations.
- Collaborate with management on staff scheduling, training initiatives, and maintaining a positive team environment.
Skills
- Extensive experience with POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Proven expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a busy bar environment in fine dining or hospitality settings.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining quality.
- Deep understanding of spirits, brewing processes, craft beer trends, and food safety protocols.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order entry.
