ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a new specialty coffee shop opening in Sunnyvale, CA in July 2026, and we're looking for passionate, friendly baristas to join our team. We're not just hiring employees — we're building a team.
As one of our founding team members, you'll have a real voice in shaping the culture, menu experience, and daily rhythm of our café from day one. We welcome baristas and aspiring managers who are eager to grow with us. Whether you're a seasoned coffee professional or just starting out, if you love great coffee and genuine hospitality, we'd love to meet you. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, pour-overs, and other specialty beverages
- Provide warm, attentive service that keeps customers coming back
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
- Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
- Work collaboratively with a small, supportive team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior barista or café experience preferred — but we will train the right person
- Positive attitude and genuine love for customer service
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Food Handler Card required (or willingness to obtain before start date)
SCHEDULE
- Morning/opening shifts
- Afternoon shifts
- Approximately 15–25 hours/week — flexible scheduling available
COMPENSATION & PERKS
- Starting pay: $19.50–$25.00/hr depending on experience and position
