- Relay guest requests to the appropriate personnel using proper forms and procedures.

Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.

Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to guest inquiries.

Ensure the proper handling of all laundry, floral and package items, including the maintenance of all relevant logs.

Post all Valet and shoeshine charges.

Ensure all Front Office unassigned/dirty suites are dispatched and updated in LMS system as well as in HotSOS.

Understand and follow guidelines for correct maintenance and use of equipment, and use equipment only as intended.

Must maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with hotel guests in a congenial and polite manner.

Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company dress and grooming standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work station.

Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
