Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant or LPN to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients, assist nursing staff and office staff in delivering high-quality care. You will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients while adhering to healthcare protocols and standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize electronic health records management and patient tracking.
- Be able to help office staff with duties.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and electronic health record systems such as Cerner is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are required.
