We are seeking a Client Account Associate to drive client acquisition through AT&T Fiber. The Client Account Associate is responsible for reviewing each client account to guarantee all eligible promotional discounts are applied correctly on the spot.
As a Client Account Associate, you'll complete sales and product training that turns you into a full-blown AT&T Fiber translator, taking all that fancy fiber-optic speak and turning it into plain English for our clients. The Client Account Associate then manages each client account with the precision of a matchmaker, ensuring every client is seen and understood while contributing to overall sales growth.
Core Functions of the Client Account Associate
- Assess clients' connectivity needs in person to recommend the perfect AT&T Fiber plan and create tailored sales solutions for each account.
- Explain the value of unlimited data and fast speeds in person to help clients make confident sales decisions for their accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new accounts, guiding them through the onboarding process with a focus on sales service excellence.
- Resolve billing or service questions promptly to maintain trust and protect the integrity of every client account in the sales pipeline.
- Identify sales opportunities to bundle mobile and fiber services, increasing the value of each account through strategic cross-sales initiatives.
- Maintain a professional demeanor during all face-to-face interactions, reinforcing AT&T’s commitment to quality account care and sales performance.
- Support account growth initiatives while developing professionally as a Client Account Associate.
