Overview
Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and be a vital part of our manufacturing operations! In this energetic role, you will contribute to the production process by performing essential tasks that keep our facilities running smoothly and efficiently. This role will be focused on supporting shipping with general tasks such as cutting pallets, cleaning, and organizing parts.
Duties
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and sorting of products according to established procedures
- Operate basic machinery and tools with attention to safety standards in production environments
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and safely
- Follow strict safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials or products safely to support manufacturing workflows
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment
- Support inventory management by accurately recording materials used and completed products
Experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing processes is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including proper PPE use and hazard awareness
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively as part of daily tasks
- Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team environment
