Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring all items meet quality standards and shipping requirements. Your proactive approach will help streamline our order fulfillment process, support inventory accuracy, and contribute to exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Carefully pack products using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to pick, pack, and verify orders accurately
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts (where certified), and other warehouse equipment
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation in compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP systems
- Conduct quality checks on packed items to ensure completeness and correctness before dispatching
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule pickups, track shipments, and manage shipping & receiving processes
Experience
- Prior experience working in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred
- Familiarity with inventory management software, warehouse management systems, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP systems
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and international trade regulations is a plus
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Experience operating warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, RF scanners, forklifts (certification preferred), and order pickers
- Strong data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and support smooth order fulfillment processes

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
