Exterior Carpenter – Wildlife Exclusion & Repair
$28–$40/hr | Full-Time | Foreman & Manager Growth Opportunities
We’re looking to hire skilled carpenters who takes pride in clean work, smart solutions, and doing the job right the first time.
This role focuses on exterior carpentry, structural repair, and custom exclusion work: sealing homes from rodents, squirrels, bats, and other nuisance wildlife.
What You’ll Do
- Repair and seal soffits, fascia, trim, and roofline damage
- Perform precision sealing and exclusion work (vents, gaps, entry points)
- Install materials like metal flashing, hardware cloth, vent covers, chimney caps
- Diagnose problems and build real solutions...not quick patches
- Work independently or with a partner. You take ownership of your jobs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong carpentry skills (exterior preferred)
- Ability to cut, fit, and install clean, professional-looking repairs
- Bending coil stock on a brake and installing our Metal-X Pest Proofing System
- Trapping and/or evicting nuisance wildlife from residential and commercial structures
- Comfortable on ladders, boom lifts and roofs
- Problem-solver mindset (every house is different)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in craftsmanship
- Has a great attitude for the service business and good customer service skills
