What You’ll Do
As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the resort’s success—leading operations, empowering teams, and delivering exceptional experiences for owners, members, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspire and lead a motivated, service-driven team focused on excellence

Elevate guest satisfaction by ensuring top-tier service and resolving issues with care and urgency

Drive business results through financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis

Partner with HR to recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture

Oversee property operations, including maintenance, safety, and asset protection programs

Analyze business performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Collaborate across departments and partners to ensure seamless operations and alignment

Maintain compliance and quality standards, including audits and corporate policies

5+ years in hospitality or vacation ownership
- 5+ years of leadership/management experience
- Strong financial, operational, and people leadership skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Qualifications
Required:

High School Diploma/GED

CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain)

Valid Driver’s License
Preferred:

Associate’s Degree or higher

6+ years of leadership experience in resort operations
