Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Regional MDS Resource (RN) to support our Skilled Nursing communities throughout the region. This key leadership role partners with facility teams to ensure MDS accuracy, regulatory compliance, reimbursement optimization, and exceptional resident outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Provide clinical expertise and support to facility MDS teams
- Mentor and educate MDS Coordinators and interdisciplinary team members
- Conduct audits to ensure MDS accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support PDPM performance and reimbursement optimization
- Monitor quality measures and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist facilities with survey preparedness and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Serve as a trusted resource for clinical and reimbursement best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required in applicable State
- Minimum of 3 years of MDS experience in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care
- Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0, RAI process, PDPM, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
