Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Non CDL 26’ Regional Over-the-Road (OTR) Driver, specializing in local and regional deliveries within your designated area. Duties
- Safely operate a 26’ box truck for regional and local deliveries across your assigned route, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs
- Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or other equipment while following safe lifting practices
- Deliver packages directly to customer locations with a focus on excellent customer service and professionalism
- Verify delivery paperwork, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate documentation of all shipments
- Conduct pre-trip inspections on your vehicle to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and maintain vehicle safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route progress, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal operation throughout your shift
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with warehouse experience or commercial driving background involving box trucks or similar vehicles
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; non-CDL license required for this role
- Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial driving and weight handling in the workplace ELD & HOS knowedge!
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper manual handling techniques
- Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not mandatory; training provided if needed
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients
- Familiarity with route driving, moving cargo efficiently while adhering to safety protocols

Pay: $104,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
