Our client is seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their Imaging Services team in Terre Haute, Indiana. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working with advanced diagnostic technology in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you'll perform diagnostic Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform General Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures.
- Prepare, calculate, administer, and safely handle radiopharmaceuticals.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures while providing compassionate, high-quality care.
- Perform quality control and calibration of Nuclear Medicine equipment.
- Accurately document procedures and maintain radiation safety standards.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support departmental needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Indiana State Department of Health License
- CNMT (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) or ARRT (N) Certification
- BLS (CPR) Certification
Preferred:
- 1+ year of Nuclear Medicine experience
- PET/CT experience or certification
- Y-90 Microsphere Therapy experience
