Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner with a friendly attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Enter orders into the Aloha POS system promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on guest services
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Good phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries
- Strong guest relations skills to address any concerns or special requests efficiently
Requirement: Applicants must be 18+ to be eligible for this position.
Pay: $2.13 - $7.00 per hour
