Duties
- Supervise children in designated areas, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Organize and lead age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, creativity, and social skills
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment conducive to learning and play
- Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions among children
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children’s needs, progress, or concerns
- Apply first aid procedures promptly when necessary and report incidents accurately
- Collaborate with team members to plan special events or themed activities that enhance the child experience
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp, tutoring, or childcare is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle multiple children simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Passion for working with children and fostering a safe, inclusive environment
